Some info which I got from the CIC agent.. If you have an affidavit, an if only the photocopy of the document (like marriage certificate) is requested, then you can submit the photocopy of the affidavit. No need to submit copies of blank pages of the passport.

Guys, imm5406, 'Applicant' means 'Principal applicant'? My mother is the principal applicant. So when my father fills his form (both principal applicant and spouse has to fill this form), the applicant name is still my mother's name?
