:oops:same boat here. Tracker shows 4 green on Dec 4th and assigned COPR number. But still no portal 1 as of Dec 10th. Applied 4/11. You should get your portal 1 before me, I’ll update as soon as I get it.

Yes I did, same visit. Took about 10 mins. It's different than the actual social security card from US, that Canadian SIN is just a paper with your number on it. They can print it out for you right away.
