    They started to give nominations. The applicant who received file number on January 24, got the nomination last Wednesday, February 20.

    As what I found out, they should reply on your email and send you forms which you need to fill up. If everything will go smoothly after 2-3 weeks you will get editional 600 points for Alberta nomination.

    It should be email written on the letter on which you need to send your letter of interest and confirmation that you are accepting it.
