Can I get my Indian PCC in India with an passport issued in US?
My Indian Passport got expired in US. I applied for a new passport here in US, so the place of issue is San Francisco, US. I am currently visiting India for a month. Can I get my PCC done in India? Or should I go back to US and apply to a consulate over there? Thanks in Advance!- bugby

My Wife's passport was issued in India and she moved to United States 16 months ago. She is getting her FBI clearance in US. She is visiting India on 1st Jan. Our question is can she get her PCC from India using her Passport and Indian Address proof or she needs to get it from Indian Consulate...- bugby
