Hey everyone, today I got a ghost update. My husbands medical expired on February 5 so now the medical section says no medical required. Does anyone know what this means?

I sent the application on September 7 2018 Medical was done on January 28 2019 Biometric was done January 20 2019 Second police clearance November 2019 After the police clearance it’s been quiet and I haven’t heard anything. I hope we all get some good news soon

Hello everyone, My husband is in Afghanistan and his application has been stuck in background check and eligibility check for months. Is there anyone here with their application in LVO?

It’s a long process, for me after AOR was biometric request. It came within 2 weeks of receiving the aor letter.

What are you typing for the answers? The mistake that I was making was that I was spelling something wrong in the city of birth for my husband, but try with passport that’s the one that worked for me. And number of applicants is 2.

Did anyone else get their medical request today? It seems to be finally moving fast thankfully I got my husbands biometric request on jan 3rd and medical request today.

My husband is in Afghanistan, so he has to go to Pakistan or India for his biometric and on the letter it says He needs to bring the letter which we received from CIC and his passport with him for his appointment. I don't think they need anything else because this is what they mentioned on the...

Awe I really feel your pain. Its a long and painful process. I called IRCC on December 29th and the agent I spoke to she said she will send an email to the case processing center to look at my file and I got the biometric letter 5 days later. I think maybe you should call them too and ask them...

My application is linked to the online account, so yes by email. They never send mails.

Here is my timeline: APP received on September 7th, 2018 AOR1 received on December 22nd Biometric request letter received on January 2nd today. That's my timeline so far. I hope you receive yours soon as well, Its a very frustrating and long process. :mad:
