I received a similar text today but did not get a request for medical...does that mean that my application is rejected?

Guys I got this message too, but I just submitted my application a few days back (15th December) I am very scarred that it's a rejection due to documentation issues or something. Can decisions be taken this quickly have any chance of being successful?
