I would like to apply for civil engineering technician. My IELTS score is lrws- 6.5,6,5.5,6.5. my consultant telling there is no chance of getting admission into st.clair college. Is it true ? My b.tech % is 71. Two years of work experience. Please help me regarding admission into st.clair college.
