15 months passed after AOR, still waiting

In my ECA it says Canadian Equivalency: 5 and 1/2 years of post secondary education and training in homeopathic medicine. Remarks: It is not comparable to completed Canadian credentials my question is Shall I got points for the degree program??????

Yes I have applied for GCMS notes, five days ago. But, it is strange that it is taking this long to process the file.
