How do you get to know about VO office ?

I can only say, don’t assume and overthink. You will get it sooner.

That’s wrong info. If you go back to India, stay there for 6 or more months, then you need a new PCC. Your PCC date locks when you submit your application, and LOE represent your PCC.

Hey, it takes two weeks to update. BLS is extremely slow. Nothing will be updated on BLS or passport seva website. So don’t worry.

I have already answered him, if you check previously. Mostly those who apply PCC through BLS they know it.

PCC document consist of CAT number ( top left side) and expiry date, 6 months, starts from the date mentioned on PCC. “6 months The PCC is valid for a period of 6 months and can be applied before if there is any expectation of its requirement for PR or renewal of work permit/study permit, etc.”

First, request BLS or embassy to process it faster. But, you can directly try from India. Send anyone to the nearest police station and request them to give you the PCC. They will make it.. ( many people will say “you need to get PCC from BLS,” not mandatory)

PCC is only valid for 6 months to the date it has been mentioned on your PCC letter. The file number is the CAT Number written on it. ( That’s for Indian PCC through BLS)

Applied on 21st April 2020 Got approved on 28th September 2020. I didn't give Biometric. Not required. Everyone will get it. Good luck! Be safe.
