Yes, got activated last night around 7:00 pm

i use ECAS and i called using automated phone service, and it said i was approved

Nov 23 PPR Nov 23 Sent through CP Nov 28 Received by Ottawa Dec 4 Approved Dec 11 Called agent, and mailed out by CP (still waiting for tracking number activation)

I just called them (waited almost 40 minutes in line), they told me they have already mailed out mine to Canada Post this morning, and CP should activate the tracking number tonight. Fingers crossed.

Same, mine received on Nov 28th, why it's taking so long to stamp and activate the return envelop? Anyone waiting their passport for Christmas vacation?
