Hello, in my digital copy, they wrote 'not official' all over the actual evaluation report. I don't know why they did that. They didn't provide any official pdf of the evaluation.

It is digital. But the pdf is not the official paper. And they did send the official papers on the same day.

Mine was for graduation, post-graduation, and diploma. Yes, I was surprised as well. But they did do it on time. Don't know how they work. They did send me my evaluation though.

Hello, It usually takes around 1 month from the first time they changed your status i.e. 12/24/2018 before they change it to the next step which is reviewing the evaluation process. But they don't have any timeline for this step. Expect it to change by/around 01/20/2019.

It will take around one month to 2 months. The reviewing process of the documents takes a minimum of 20 business days, and the evaluation process takes 20-30 days. They will give you the completion date once they finish the reviewing process. It also depends on the number of documents you have...
