    Seriously after 15 month now they assign the file to officer. That's a long time. I hope you will get to here the good news soon.

    No it does not. IRCC officer solely make there decission as per the client application. The only thing MP do is to get in contact with officer and ask for the latest update on the file.

    Try calling IRCC and get an update on your file or get your MP involved to get an update on your file.
