no, the family sponsorship hasnt been affected yet. the delay is not related by going to quebec.

having a joint bank acc and/or a joint credit card acc for 12 months minimum is like top of the list of proofs you should be looking for to prove common law relationship. (while those 2 things are note essential,it helps alot I think).

from what Ive read on the forum and seen in people timeline, pre-arrival means the PA has passed eligibility , if theres an interview required, most visa office only send the pre-arrival after the PA has passed the interview....so it does mean something.

hello, the visa office gave us 30 days to get the CSQ last month, last wednesday, midi charged my credit card, do I need to alert the visa office that its gonna take a little more than 30 days to get the CSQ(by like 5days max according to my estimates) or do I say nothing and send it when we get it?
