Did you receive the BOWP approval? had you tried calling CIC to check the reason for late processing? I applied on May 15 and also waiting.

Guys, any idea what stage(Eligibility, Security, Criminality, Medical) of PR application needs to be cleared for BOWP to be approved? I heard PR application should be Approved In Principle(AIP) for getting BOWP, but not sure when we can say an application is AIP. Thanks.
