Dear Scylla, When u mentioned offficially become PR, do u mean he has to be in Canada for at least 3 years in 5 years period ? I thought that was for Citizenship ? In that case, how to be an OFFICIAL PR ? FYI, he already got his PR visa. Sorry, noob here and didnt get that info from CIC too...
