Hi there, I tried the CBSA number and I was on waiting time for almost 1.5 hours. Meanwhile I got fax number from recording Fax number i.e ‭(613) 948-4848‬ Should I fax them all detail now? Will it reach to the concerned department? Please confirm. Thanks
