May be you created permanent residence portal before and thats why lot of people do not get any credentials but when they open their account which they made before they get everything in there. Hope it would help.

I called them on friday and luckily i got connected but they told there is nothing u can do other than waiting coz we have got so many files in processing which is taking lomg time and people are waiting to get their ecopr from 45 days. Even I uploaded my documents on 18 june but no update and...

Many of my friends got their pr card but photo still says in review. So dont worry all the best.. you'll get pr card soon.

Thanks for replying actually lot of my friends VO is etobicoke and they got their ecopr in 1 week mine is not etobicoke and I was worried that if its normal or I am yhe only one waiting for ecopr from more than 15 days.
