From NDVO. It is a passport request letter. But nothing has changed in the CIC login ID. I was not in SS, required required was on a job letter which I amended in Nov 2018.

Thanks I just received a reply that the file is now in New Delhi office and I can contact them directly if needed. Earlier it was In Ottawa as per GCMS Notes.

In same scenario since Nov 2018. I have received re-medical request on 29 Apr 2019. My eligibility is still in review. But the background check has started. Does this mean I’m in IP1 or IP2?

I have a query. If im not in India when the PPR arrives, do I have to come back to India get my passport stamped and then leave for canada? Or can I proceed from whatever country I’m in. Thanks

Yea I sent the employment letter attachment which lists my duties I think it should be ok

Hey I have the same issue I submitted job duties attachment received from one of my previous employers This makes my total experience 37 months as per the agent’s understanding For other employers I have not received any duites but only position is mentioned

No its the same As it was for 6 months when actually a document was required I raised CSE with the replacement, amendment and verification option (as application is in canada), there is also a Express Entry option (Permanent Residence Online)

Yeah, welcome to the club pal... As @cansha said these cases are frequent now. I’ve also sent my docs on 21st Nov So far haven’t seen anyone rejected under these circumstances but the applications do take a long time. Hope for the best.

No the NOC for other job was accepted as the duties were listed in reference letter. The complications were for this job lets hope it will clear through. I see @kolasinac application was later accepted.

The document listing my duties at the job, its an attachment to the employment letter. Maybe if its your prior employment you can get an explanation from your employer.

No they didn’t ask. But it was the only positive action to take, since we are certain this is the reason they are refusing application we must provide the document.
