In my case dependent is an infant so I (PA) shall be filling out the consent form and signing it. Don't see an issue. One thing I am not sure about is page 4. In case of infants there are no biometrics done. Should I leave it blank? Would really appreciate if someone can help on this.

Hi All, Few questions regarding consent form: 1). Believe pg 3 is only required if someone else is submitting/collecting passports on applicants behalf otherwise not required. 2). Is pg 4 needed (consent for biometrics enrolment)? if yes, how is it related to this stage i.e. passport submission.

A lot of folks on the forum have reported this. Even I see the same change but this message has changed several times over last few weeks. Believe it does not really indicate any change to the application.
