Can my retired spouse come with me?

Hi all, I have received an offer as a temporary foreign worker (high-wage position). My husband is older and is now retired. Would he be able to accompany me to Canada and live there with me for the length of my visa. Thanks!

Supervisa in process more than 6 months

I understand that. I saw a thread yesterday and saw that someone applied in April 2023 and got a passport request yesterday so I think it's a case by case at this point. What's the point of even offering this type of visa if they're going to take years lol waste of time.

Supervisa in process more than 6 months

Well I don't think that's always true. I had a friend who applied and it only took 3 months. Mind you that was in 2020. When we first applied, the tracker said 125 days, then went up to 300+ then 400+ and now it's unavailable. We will obviously keep on waiting, it's not a possibility for them to...

Supervisa in process more than 6 months

They are in the UK but are Italian citizens (only have Italian passports). For medical it still says the following: You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes. Do they actually respond to webforms? I've tried to reach out but have never heard anything back.

Because my application was 'inland' I will not receive a CoPR and I will not need to send in my passport because the only way to get PR is to attend a landing interview...

Steps after getting COPR - where and when to land

Thanks so much for your reply!! Well the thing is I don’t want to wait months for a landing interview because I want to go to school and be able to apply for student loans etc. So I’d like to expedite the process by flagpoling, if I can. Does the documentation I have so far allow me to flagpole...
