Dear Ash1969, I think, the second AOR comes to only those people who do not have a visa immigration office in their country, but are in subordinate countries, like if a person is from Nepal , his visa office will be Delhi, in this case he will receive a confirmation from Delhi office.

Hi everyone, My agent told me that the second AOR which comes from the visa office has stopped coming after dec 2017, which means that no body got this AOR in the current year 2018, please do let me know if anyone of you got this AOR from the visa office this year, thanks.
