    Yes, in paragraph D there was a sentence like "mass production of bicycles was initiated". This paragraph also described the forming of modern bike structure. So I picked paragraph D twice.

    if they really said "far side of the lake", then it should be E. the far side of the lake is still by the lake, it is the same as "the other side of the lake that takes longer to walk from the crossroad". F has nothing to do with the lake.
