As far as I know, if you haven't visited that country since Feb 2018, you can still use that certificate. Cause nothing is going to change. Only if you have gone to that country, then you need to get the latest police clearance certificate

Actually even for the ones that applied for the first time along with their PR application to Mississauga office, the OWP applications are then sent to Edmonton. So everyone's OWP gets processed at Edmonton. I am not sure if they have a separate timeline for applications that were resubmitted.

We called CIC sometime back and their response was 'They will only consider the copy of passport which was originally sent with the application. Even if we send the latest via Webform, they don't consider unless it was something they asked us to send( that was news to me!). So for now we have to...

Our 'review eligibility' just happened today morning and a couple of hours later, it changed to Approved. It should change soon for you too. They don't seem to be working in any particular order. Good Luck!

Our passport was valid only until Jan 2020. We sent in the renewed passport later via WebForm but they still issued it with Jan 2020 expiry date.On call with CIC now to figure out how to change it according to new passport. They give it for 2years generally. So you are good for 2years.

I got married in India as well but date of registration is a few days post the wedding date. I think CIC doesn't have a problem with that. There would hardly be anyone who would get their marriage registered on the same day in India.

Looks like one person got AOR yesterday. 15th Feb Applicant. I am 15th Feb too...I have never waited so much for anything in my life before!
