It seems that we can't call anymore IRCC from outside Canada. I tried on this number +1 613 944 4000 and they direct me every time to the webform, no option to speak with the hotline. Have you any idea how to call IRCC from outside Canada?

Yes, very normal. The average case take 6 months, some candiates dind't saw any movement in 5 months and got all the update the 6th month with a PPR

How do you select your NOC ? Do you check that the lis of duties in your letter of employment are in line with the one listed in the official web site ?(http://noc.esdc.gc.ca/English/NOC/welcome.aspx)
