Approved on Oct 20, and still waiting for ppr

Guys, I called cic, and they said if after 4 weeks from DM and there still no email for either ppr or copr, the agency they can do something for me. Mine was DM on Oct 20, she asked to call back on Nov 19 if there still nothing update..

I called cic, and they said mine was approved on Oct 20, and they need time to finalize everything. the agency said as the formal timeline is total 19 months, so they are reasonable to request for passport anytime before Feb next year. LOL My application was received Jul 13, Medical exam on Apr 09.

If so, do you have any ideas how long people could receive COPR after their DM? It is already more than 3 weeks no PPR happen here in this threat, is it?
