i landed on Nov 25, also got an ghost update on my cic account yesterday. Hopefully I can get my application approved this week

Mine got delivered. My friend also had the same problem as yours. But it turned out alright. Ottawa got her passport and issued copr without any problem. Don’t worry :)

It will take some time, I guess. They requested for my husband’s RCMP. I did it and uploaded in April 2019 and I had to wait 5 months to see the CIC account change from “uploaded” to “reviewing”.
