Check what is written in your bail condition. If it says you cannot leave the country, then you cannot. But if it says nothing like that, then you are free to leave to India and you should come back for the court date. I understand your situation completely. Good luck.

Well the prosecutor did not have any meat on the case to get a conviction. When all is said and done, we as a family went thru trauma together and lost $10K for the fees and other expenses of living separately for a while.

Can this be uploaded with the online application ?

Same situation here. Got eCOPR and automatic landing while I was in another country during COVID. The calculator throws up the same error. While one could adjust dates and make the calculator work if they have enough presence days, it would be lying to IRCC.
