What kind of photos did you guys upload? I tried taking a selfie today, but the background is not perfectly white because my walls are not perfectly white lol. Is overall light background going to be good enough? Or will it get rejected? Has anyone's photo been approved? Thanks!

Yeah, the menu is different. Just pick selections related to finding out the status of your application, and in the end, after you give them your application number etc. there will be an option to connect to a human being

No, this unfortunately does not work like that. They won't be able to file under LMIA exemption because you're on IEC right now. This is mostly necessary for applications for Young Professionals/International-Coop where they have to add the job to the employer portal and give exemption code...
