I am sorry but my question was not about NOC. My question was about the Date I first became qualified to practice in this occupation. So which one will be the date? The work permit date or the starting date of the NOC code point claimed job? Hope I could make my question clear. Thanks.

So My qualifying date will be the day I first started this job in Canada under the NOC code I am claiming points right? In another thread here, someone wrote that for Canadian experience class the Date will be the Date I got work permit. That made me confused.
