I think they process our application thru first come first serve basis, it depends when did you apply your app. And Btw, you are just only waiting for your PPR.- etlamsen102088

You should receive a final decision already once you passed your medical exam, I think once the immig officer requested you to take medical exam, it means that you are eligible.- etlamsen102088
