I ordered at the end of November, it was a few more than 60 days after AOR. Okay, I understand that it might have been too early, but what a heck, it's only 15 dollars, and I'll get at least some piece of information.

No, Warsaw is in Poland. It is the office which usually processes applications from Russia and Ukraine. I didn't ask the agent about my status, because it's much less than 6 months now, and I don't mind waiting :)
