Just an update, we followed up with CIC, our application has now been moved to Beijing VO from NDVO as NDVO has a lot of load. I don't know if this is normal, but that is the current status.

So do we get email confirmation that file is received by VO? We received an email that file is being transferred to NDVO, but even after clearing the medicals over a month back, there is no update from NDVO.

The hospital sends the reports to cic directly within 7 working days. Check with the hospital. If they don't, you could send the document as a webform.

If you got the medicals done through the cic approved hospital, they will send in the medical report within 7 days of examination. If you are not able to upload it, you may send it as a webform attachment.

Yes, we had faced this issue. We called up CIC and provided all our details. No of people included in this application was 2 although what we submitted had 1. I'd suggest call up cic and get it sorted.

Any PPRs received this week guys?

If you are sponsoring your 1-year old only, you should put number of people on this application as 1. Other forms where you have to inform about family, you should include all your family members.

Once Fedex confirms your package is delivered, you may call up CIC, provide the sponsor-er's UCI and get a confirmation if package is received. The CIC agent may even tell you the date they received the package.

Our application was received by CIC on 6th April 2020, we received AOR on 2nd Dec 2020. Your must be on its way too. Good Luck!
