to be attested and sent to WES. WES need the marks sheet sealed in an envelope and signed across at the back by the authorized person and sent to them, both the bachelors and masters marks card. It is the college or university we have to go to. Please advise

Should the copies of marks sheet be attested from the college I attended or from the University. I am confused. Please help
