dear all, I am confusing on this part , should the previous application of work permit be included the history? In canada over 3 years already, I asked 6 persons, 3 guys said yes and they input yes and UCI nums column shown afterwards and 3 guys said no that they told me the previous work...

Thank you for prompt response. I was told that It was less than 183 days in canada in 2015 so it is unnecessary to report tax for that year. I will recheck with my accountant. Is there any format request for Letter of explanation ? Need HR sign the letters ? thank you!!
