PA received medical request

Hi All, Quick question. For Inland spousal application. Applied May 14th Myself sponsor - We have not received AOR yet. I checked multiple times. However we received medical request email June 14th. Is this normal? Also, how do we apply for sowp without aor ? Can anyone please clarify

Hi it took about a 2 hours for me. Coz there were 120 of us they took a whole hour to verify all them first before even starting the ceremony. The ceremony is quick not long at all. I would suggest 2 hours average.
