R10 is nothing, just a program assistant to help check quickly if all the files are in. If you don't have the A11.2 in your GCMS notes, bad news nothing have started for you brother ;)

Just stick to your job untill you receive the PPR, you are not the only one .. i think 90% of the forum is in the same case as you, They're looking forward to quit there current job once receive PPR ;)

Now that i received I know those kind of impolite call center agents.. people will find excuse and will tell you it's because everbody is asking them about there application so they're getting upset blabla... but NO they should be professional and polite no matter how many people are asking...

Frankly speaking i think IRCC should hire some guys from the forum, because they're incredibly slow, 5 month to check a 1 small police criminal record holy shit.

Well i spoke with an agent, Eligiblity : Not started. Criminality : Passed , Security : Not started. I don't understand how can criminality is passed and eligibility not started.

I can't believe i received my gcms note generated 02/01 january and NOTHING started. There is even no A11.2 Check. Now i am definitely suspecting 2 things: Francophone applications are slow Or always ordering GCMS notes make the process go slow.

Lol i have the exact GCMS, nothing have started. But don't worry we are not in SS or anything bad. It's just they completely forgot our files and we need to wait more than 6 month so maybe they can notice it and start working on our file.
