Hi Naturagrl, his first DLI changed was last year - this was his program he finished just this January 2025. He is thinking to change DLI again as he wanted to get another diploma in the other college, but we are wondering if he can changed again the DLI.

Alright, thank you. If he is to come back to Canada under ETA, can he apply New Study Permit inside Canada and no need for PAL as he is Inside Canada applying? Or does he go through the regular study permit process like the one applying outside Canada?

yes once they opened your application, they will change the status to In Process...and we have to wait more months after that....
