They say that my application is still in process. It means the seats aren’t full yet ?and i got 89.4% in 12th without maths and 6.5 bands. So what can you say ?

If everyone had paid the fee , then i’ll not get the offer letter ? But don’t they see the overall profile and ielts score ?

What is LOA ? And could you please tell what you meant by they are about to release all the LOAs after 25th october ?
