Yesterday I received a procedural fairness letter. Arnt these letters normally as i have read is when they are planning to refuse however they asked for proof of funds, RPRF and some job letters unrelated to the primary applicant...i am honestly really confused and this letter came over a month...

They stated that they needed proof of funds as one bank statement didn't have the primary applicants name and no letter was provided to show they had access (letter was in the name of accompanying spouse). They asked for some job letters that we already provided and that we get no points for and...

Your in the same position that i am in just waiting on ppr email. I have seen where some persons get ppr in a couple days at most a week. I have been waiting a little longer than that and when i call cic they say my file is still being processed so am a bit worried as to what is happening

If and when its passed it will say so along with the date

Congratulations I certainly hope re medicals are a good sign as mine came back as passed on july 5th 2019

Just giving you guys an update on my profile AOR May 1st 2018 Medical changed from passed to not required 5th June 2019 Re medical request June 21st 2019 Re medical done June 22nd 2019 Medical passed July 5th 2019 Dont know if this means progress but lets see am staying positive
