I will apply for the immigration and i will the applicant in my application my wife and kid will be included so do i need to pay fees for all (me,wife and kid) i.e $550 each or only for me???? and also everybody should have passport or mine is ok ?????? please reply........

I am married mechanical engineer short of 2 points to qualify under skilled worker Canada immigration,i want to know will i be eligible if my wife will not accompany me to Canada (if i get visa) / her points will be considered in my application??? or i need to submit the different application...
