I submitted to the embassy in Amman. My question, where is your spouse residing. I am in Baghdad, but there is a problem with returning my passport back to Baghdad. They agency is claiming the embassy should send an email regarding the pick up of passport.

Yes it was spousal sponsorship, however another says 7 months. It's really up to the officer not the tracking bar.

It is an outland sponsorship. The PR started processing in January 2019. Did Biometrics then Transferred to Amman the next day in Feb. 19 2019. Is yours inland or outland?

I think new applications from 9-12. I don’t know why most of them took 2 years. I know many within 10 months and Iraqis from Iraq!!!
