Yeah.. Still no update.. I basically got a VFS appointment 7 days aft the 30 days period. So sent in a Webform requesting for extention.

I applied visitor visas for my parents on August 15, 2021 and their biometrics were submitted on Sept 22, 2021. Till date no update. On the website, if visitor visa applied from India, it says 43 Days!

I submitted a webform but I heard that CIC doesnt send back any mail. So I advised my parents to get it done. I now see the biometrics info for both of them on CIC but it still says "We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details." Biometrics...

Hi did you get any response from CIC post web form. I am in the same situation as you in terms of BIL.
