    I submitted passport on the 21st DEC. And since 27th the tracker status has been showing your document is being processed at Ghana Visa Office. It's been 2weeks and nothing has changed.

    This time bar is no value adding. However the only difference I noticed on my page was that last week when I had ghost update all my uploaded documents where showing transmitted and I couldn't access them; but now the page is back to normal.

    My biometric tracking no starts with my date of capture but the tracking page is asking me to to put my tracking ID that starts with CALA. can anyone please clarify this for me; it seems I am not doing something right.
