I got my passport but i didn’t get my correspondence letter? can anyone help?

actually on 9 of this month i made bank wire transfer and the amount has been deducted from my account and later on i checked and saw that the gic account name and passport name ar not matching so i contacted the scotia bank they said to send a reply stating this issue and i received a email...

bro my problem is on 9 th october i have sent the payment but there is a name mismatch happend in gic account so I even replied owth the updation of it how many days will it to take to update. and if at all it wont get updated will the gic will be rejected plzz answer
