My understanding is that yes the list is finalized and some people already got invited to Dec 9 Ceremony. There are ceremonies on 29 and 30 nov then dec 8 and dec 9. If we are lucky we get it in dec otherwise we have to sleep on it till next year

i still have hope that we should be part of the ceremonies happening this year. I find 5 ceremonies in 2 weeks is just a lot and the backlog from last year can not be that much. Especially if each ceremony can accommodate a large number of applicants. Saskatoon ceremonies serves Saskatchewan...
