Deadline for official documents also the same as the application deadline. But I believe I wont be much an issue. Btw I guess the outstanding item would be the Degree awarded confirmation

It depends on the university. In most of the universities M.Eng is offered for course based programs. But in memorial it's for thesis bas. So for that you need a supervisor.
