My husband is the dependent in the application process. He works part time 20 hrs a week from October 2017 but when I put it in the work history it rewarded him 5 points. Wouldn't it be considered 1 yr in October 2019? Should I remove it

I am employed fulltime June 2018- currently but I dont really like my job. I also have a part time job. Same NOC but two different job titles. Can I add both hours together and apply for pr or I have to wait until June to apply? I really need your advice
