I am a software engineer with 7+ Yrs Experience in INDIA. IELTS 6 each. and Masters degree ECA from WES. Age is 32. My question is about the CISP or ISP, is it mandatory exam to clear for lodging a file in SINP?

I have got WES ECA last month. Will it still valid? if I process my PR file for Canada?
