I applied OID in January 2018. Reverted two ADRs within July 2018. After that in process till now. What can be the reasons for not receiving any response from SINP. I did not send any query yet.

Congratulation! But it took more than 3 years to receive your nomination! How many ADR have you replied?

So, people are waiting 17 months just for the nomination. And getting VISA would be another story. Total processing time for them would be significantly long. Holding patience for these many times is really a test for everyone of those.

Okay. SINP is unpredictable. I understand that receiving nominations, medical request, passport request etc. might get a long time case to case. However, is there any timeline for the total process. I have heard that 26 months is the total processing time.
