    Yes it will be consider has as a three month brack if college will accept the appeal. also do you know any lawyer or agent for take admissions in diploma course in college or university. If you know please me know.

    And also university suggest to appeal that decision of academic withdrawal and if they accept appeal she can continue her study after 3 months. Then she qualified for PGWP.
